Chalet Hotel - Zhytomyr

The hotel is conveniently located for travellers, with good value for money. the restaurant is of high quality with superb food, but it would be better to have separate spaces for special events and regular meals. the hotel is situated in a beautiful region with great conveniences, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Some of the rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture from noble species of wood.

There is no assistance offered to guests for carrying luggage up to the rooms, and some rooms are noisy due to the nearby highway traffic.

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was cute and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the parking convenience and efficient transportation in the nearest region. The breakfast provided was fantastic with a range of tasty options and lovely presentation. the restoran was just perfect for special events.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location of this place is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway in the nearest region. The restaurant here offers a delightful dining experience with its special menus and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and terrace. The hotel also provides excellent service with features like housekeeping, laundry, and even an airport shuttle. The free toiletries and ironing facilities in the rooms were a nice touch. the quality of service and comfort provided here exceeded my expectations.

The room and linens were clean, and parking was free at this hotel. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant had excellent food. the staff was friendly and nice, and I did not have any problems when I talked to them in English.

On occasions such as a wedding or birthday party, the music conspired against relaxation, making it impossible to rest through 11 pm. some of the rooms were located facing a highway, so the noise from it sometimes got pretty noticeable.

Nice rooms, great restaurant, fair prices, interesting dishes, outdoor dining.

During my Easter stay, I was impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was to me. They spoke English well and prepared fresh food quickly. I loved the surprise Easter cake in my room. The location was convenient near the highway, and the breakfast was wonderful too.

I had a hard time resting due to noise from parties downstairs and highway traffic. Unfortunately, no one informed me in advance of the party noise or the sound of vehicles.
